No ordinary Workshop

The long weekend will be a blend of nourishment with home-cooked, organic vegetarian food from Gina's Wholefood Kitchen; time in nature enjoying the stunning views from the hilltop;  restorative silence and deep sleep; wonderful conversations with other women; fun of course; and great work sessions to stimulate new thoughts.   This retreat weekend is about supporting women in business to be even more successful in what they do.  As host and retreat leader, Gina has a wealth of experience to draw on  including her extensive practical experience as managing director of her own award-winning businesses; her marketing expertise and practical know-how in creating award-winning publicity campaigns for clients; and her own journey of re-inventing herself in different businesses and industries over the years, particularly in leading-edge fields. All this will be blended with Gina's 15 years experience of feng shui and ancient wisdom and how energy flow principles work in businesses as well as homes. She has also certified as a Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner for Women in Business so she will expand on how to use this great knowledge for more success and joyful working.

How to become magnetic and attract in what you need

“I have now learned ways of engaging in business without it taking over my life and doing things in a more relaxed way. It’s nothing to do with time management or better organisation – that’s the old paradigm.  The key is to be magnetic so that you attract in what you need instead of forcing, striving and working hard. It’s taken me a few years to master but I have integrated all I have discovered in feng shui and in my spiritual study in order to learn how to bring the principles of flow into business and it’s magic!! “ says Gina.

Womenomics - the future is female

As well as learning how to grow a business in the new paradigm of flow, there will be conversations around what The Economist has recently termed ‘Womenomics’ a force which they say  “is the economic revolution created by women's growing power and potential and has been quoted as saying:  'Forget India, China and the internet:  Economic growth is driven by women’.      One of the findings of a 2007 report entitled Living Britain, which examines the trends affecting the country at the beginning of the 21st century says: "Women are becoming more important in the global marketplace not just as workers, but also as consumers, entrepreneurs, managers and investors.”

We are so used to it not being our time that we have to stop, take notice, and realise the rules have certainly changed. Now we need to understand how we play the game differently. It’s already a “woman’s world” after being a man’s world for so long; now we’ll look at how we can operate our businesses in this new environment.
